I successfully deployed company's global "go-to-market" content management marketing tools, including DAM and copy approval for 1500+ users across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India. I implemented EMEA region's promotional materials SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to streamline processes in company's electronic review tool. I employed digital asset management and annual brand planning tools across EMEA region to optimise efficiency. I collaborated with cross-functional and cross-regional teams consisting of key stakeholders, to tailor training materials, methods of implementation, and manage change and cultural challenges while adhering to set standard procedures. I served as Subject Matter Expert for business coordination with IT department, perform updates as required. I analysed key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboard to promptly report any discrepancies and inform daily progress to senior management.
