- Research, process, track & validate compensation data through two company integrations - Lead off-boarding process including but not limited to exit interviews, maintaining exit data, analyzing exit data and presenting trends to senior leadership - Led the implementation of a digital filing process achieving multi-locational accessibility and real-time data back-up through the pandemic while remaining in local and federal compliance with HR filing benchmarks
- Generate corporate and weekly reports for the CEO to analyze growth, hiring trends, retention and profitability
- Conduct bi-annual Affirmative Action Reporting - reconciled demographics of personnel, hiring, termination and promotion data for employee population of 3,700 employees.
- Present diversity, equity, and inclusion data analysis to the Talent Acquisition Director and CHRO to influence, adjust and course correct recruiting and hiring practices; through this process we were able to eradicate an assessment we discovered was misrepresenting the candidate base and their baseline capabilities.
- Manage weekly payroll processes and reporting for non-exempt and exempt employees
- Vital member of the COVID-19 HR task force, that develops the company course of action on various COVID’19 topics including but not limited to implementing stay-at-home orders, teleworking, return to work processes, onsite PCR testing and continued operations for the nine manufacturing facilities that remained open and in full operation for the length of the pandemic
- Headed the digitization of an onsite 8-hour onboarding program resulting in a condensed 4-hour organizational introduction, prioritizing a 16-speaker agenda to a 6-speaker agenda allowing for business continuity throughout the pandemic
