Oct. 2020 - Mar. 2021Charlotte, North Carolina, United States• Led the Total Rewards technology portfolio through the following concurrent transformations: NEXT HR (all HR overhaul), policy updates and harmonization, BAU technology upgrades and sunsetting, digital innovation in LOBs, all over business legal, risk, and compliance upgrades, net new Total Rewards, ServiceNow implementation – all affecting over 270K employees globally. • Managed a team of Product Owners (Benefits and Compensation) along with the Agile scrum teams set up to configure and launch the new HCM (Workday) and support the new Agile ways of working. • Succeeded through well-executed and refined stakeholder management, strong partnerships with IT, SMEs, executive leadership, consultative and SI partners, and the business, as well as by having a sharp eye for reducing cost and risk and for increasing efficiency, collaboration, and compliance. • In partnership with Deloitte’s functional lead, Product Managers, Product Owners, and a cross-functional group of key leaders, executed the net new Wells Fargo Workday Prototype without any significant fatal flaws from any product areas. It was an all-day, every day, two-week, global IT and HR showcase and dry run of what the team had accomplished. Needed to return to Texas immediately afterwards to care for a critically-ill family member, but identified my highly qualified replacement and left in good standing.
