Key Achievements & Responsibilities ● Tripled GP from $300K per quarter to $300K per month in 5 months (healthcare IT account based in Doha 2014)
● Exceeded quarterly targets and bonus kickers amounting to overall GP for the year $2.2million (highest achiever in the company) 2013
● Created partnerships resulting in extended exclusive contracts for resourcing – up to 70 resources
● Supporting recruitment staffing schedule requirements for EMR go-live projects within the hospitals in Qatar and Abu Dhabi
● Deployed E-learning teams of 8 resources each with a 24-month contact resulting in a GP of $750,000 each team
● Run the talent acquisition team of 8, discovering best practices and sourcing strategies.
● Working and help implement with clients staffing management programme, working with Large MSP systems.
● Revising and writing proposals/contracts
● Recruitment activities including gathering requirements, Interview and deploy IT consultants into customer sites
● Managing recruitment teams in UAE and UK, to bring consultants from overseas as well as local hires
● Maintaining the relationships with on-site consultants ensuring employee retention
● Managing the work/productivity of the HR/Admin personnel
● Profit projections, forecasting. P&L and margin reporting
