Development and execution of a Facility Maintenance Plan, a Preventive Maintenance Plan, 5-year project forecast report, a life cycle management plan and reports required for cost and quality control. Successful negotiations for an additional 2500 people lodge maintenance contract at CNRL.

Deputy Director Engineering & Infrastructure (Acting Director for ¼ of the time): the Department (approximately 250 staff) included the following sections: Engineering & Design, Roads & Grounds, Facility Maintenance, Utilities and Solid Waste Management. My main responsibilities were the coordination of the departments, implementation of a QMS (ISO 9001), budget planning and controlling, negotiation with the contracting authority and the infrastructure planning for the Base expansion (from 20k to 30k personnel). Senior Engineer: The major projects during my time have been the design for a New Waste Management Center, the construction of Ablution Units for the transit quarters (1500 troops) and the installation of water storage facilities (six BOSS tanks 2.5 million USG capacity each), as well as ATCO’s living accommodation (650 employees)
