• Help develop, lead, and train incoming recruiters and make sure they have the knowledge, tools, and overall understanding of the business.
• Responsible for and currently leading three recruiters to report directly to me. • My objective is to develop meaningful relationships with candidates through all phases of the recruitment process for both contract and direct placement opportunities.
• Responsible for qualifying technical skills and experience, having discussions around compensation, benefits and education/certs and overall evaluation to determine the right match for both our candidates and clients.
• Currently responsible for supporting but not limited to the following programs: Social Security Administration (SSA), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Department of State (DOS), Department of Defense (DOD) ***Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Health and Human Services (HHS), Treasury FDIC, Census Bureau, Veterans Affairs and more.
• Successfully recruit and place Cyber Security Engineers, Network Engineers, Desktop/Systems Administrators, Software Engineers, Full-Stack Developers, Cloud Engineers, Business Analysts, Technical Writers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Project/Program Managers, etc.
• Well versed in complex Boolean searches for candidate sourcing/identification on job boards such as Clearance Jobs, LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, DICE and our proprietary system AgentEM. .
• Consult with business and functional leaders and account managers to define competencies for specific roles.
• Involved in scheduling Interviews with clients, pre-qualify and negotiating offers
• Maintain frequent contact with consultants after they are on assignment to ensure the highest-level of consultant care
