In this role, I lead with empathy and serve as a coach and mentor to my team, ensuring that every claim is handled with care, clarity, and confidence. I guide customers through the claims process—investigating property damage, interpreting policy coverage, and resolving complex situations with thoughtful negotiation and attention to detail. I stay connected with customers using their preferred communication methods to keep them informed every step of the way. Each day brings new challenges that require critical thinking, fast-paced decision-making, and a solutions-oriented mindset. I utilize a range of digital tools and platforms to assess damages, estimate costs, and document claim activity thoroughly and accurately.
