Oct. 2017 - Sep. 2022At RWE Magnum (formerly Vattenfall) I worked as a Document Controller and in Maintenance Support. My main responsibility as Document Controller is to check and register the boiler (HRSG) documentation. This means comparing all the documentation received from the Main Contractor during construction as well as the O&M Manuals with the documentation we received later on from the Boiler Manufacturer. Before starting that chapter, I have checked and corrected all the other documentation which is currently being used in order to get to know the plant and the process. A lot of the documentation was not registered with the correct metadata. Using an Excel list and formulas, all metadata has been checked and corrected where necessary and all doubled documents deleted from the Document Management System. In my role for Maintenance I take care of the invoices for our Main Contractors (Bilfinger, Strukton Worksphere etc.) and follow-up on requested works. During shutdowns I support and facilitate with the non-technical works. Examples are; placement of the contractor park, order of meals and drinks, order and placement of office equipment like printers.
