Key duties include: Plant Care: Germination, transplanting, pruning, trellising, and harvesting cannabis plants. Environmental Monitoring: Maintaining optimal lighting, humidity, temperature, and nutrient levels in the grow environment. Pest & Disease Management: Identifying and addressing issues with pests or plant health using approved techniques. Record-Keeping: Documenting plant growth cycles, inventory, and any adjustments to ensure compliance with local regulations. Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and cleaning grow equipment, irrigation systems, and workspaces. Team Collaboration: Working closely with cultivation managers and other technicians to meet production goals. As a Successful Grow Tech I have to demonstrate strong attention to detail, a passion for plant care, and a commitment to quality and compliance. My work directly impacts the final product's quality, ensuring customers receive safe and effective cannabis products.
