Accomplishment Highlights: ● Increased the customer base to above 2, 000 customers, through boarding above 70% of enterprise direct, indirect customers and partners. ● Lead end to end, coordinated all m-pesa business integrations between customers’ network platforms and m-pesa platform, leading to an increase in both parties revenues. ● Successfully purchased and dispatched customers’ device orders with zero credit notes issued. ● Organized department’s stationery procurement and stock management plan. ● Coordinated Team’s (54 employees) engagement sessions virtually and physically for both HQ and regions. ● Supported 12 direct sales Key Account Managers (KAMs), 6 Regional Key Account Managers, 4 M-Pesa segment coordinators and 4 enterprise solutions specialists.
