Jun. 2014 - Jul. 2014As part of this start-up, I was able to research markets, trends and socio-economic backgrounds of the target countries where the company was seeking to undertake its international expansion. As it is a small firm, I also undertook the role of community manager, which gave me a good insight into the world of social media and how useful it can be during the International Development stages of a company. On top of this, I was in charge of office management. My main tasks and achievements included: Bookkeeping, budget projection drafting and preparing account books, books and pitches for potential investors to consult. Aid the CEO in the investors round that IDAWEN underwent on my second term in the company: setting up meetings with potential investors, minute taking, preparing of files, checking book and tax files were up to date. During my first term in the company, and aiding in their international expansion, I was in charge of liaising with clients in English-speaking companies, building up rapports and identifying sales opportunities, preparing reports for the CEO to decide on what leads to pursue.
