Furthermore, I led the organizational transformation from a traditional waterfall approach to an agile DevOps methodology. By introducing cross-functional collaboration, automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, I helped facilitate faster product releases, reduced time-to-market, and improved overall product quality. This transformation enabled teams to respond more effectively to customer demands and adapt to changing market dynamics.

This effort, apart from designing and delivering specific dashboards, resulted in the significant development of analytics culture in the affiliate and the raised awareness of Return on Investment (ROI) strategy, that is necessary for the growth and sustainability of any business in the current environment. Successfully delivered on-time and according to company-wide schedule the roll-out of Veeva/Salesforce.com CRM system. As the country IT lead, and core project team member, I planned, coordinated and executed the design, configuration and business-user training for the launch version of the new system. As this is a dynamic system, always reflecting the current business processes and practices, I continuously worked on the evolution of local Multichannel Stakeholder Engagement strategy, aiming to adopt any available and suitable Digital channels (social media, SEM, communities, blogs etc.) As the Technology lead for the Abbott - AbbVie Separation project, I was in charge of overseeing a large number of specific projects over a 2,5-year period, spanning from the Athens Head Office relocation and new infrastructure setup (server and switch rooms, telecommunications call center etc.) to Email and Mobility Servers migration and SAP implementation. Played a major role in the global Active Directory Domain Consolidation project, acquiring the expertise, leading the project for the local affiliate and maintaining close contact with the global project leaders throughout. As an IT lead of the new CRM software implementation project, MI MAX by Cegedim, quickly managed to assimilate new business requirements and actively contribute to reaching the various project milestones and deliverables successfully.
