Nov. 2019 - Dec. 2021Brisbane, Queensland, AustraliaAs a business analyst for Rocla I’m asked to lead my own initiatives, engage with customers in a meaningful way and think strategically to assist the Poles team to deliver our objectives. Within my role I report directly to Rocla’s Poles Manager, whilst supporting the territory sales managers and the production team. Working closely with the team, I’ll help them by nurturing our larger clients throughout the whole process. Including: ✓ Quoting & Invoicing ✓ Attending client meetings ✓ Finding Suppliers ✓ Reading and translating drawings to be ready for production. Assisting them to achieve the projects objectives, in a way that works best for the client. My main responsibilities include: ● Analysing data to achieve sales revenue and targets ● Budgeting, Forecasting & Recoveries ● Monitor labour costs ● Deliver superior customer service ● Provide support to sales team ● Quoting, Invoicing & Raising purchase orders ● Assist clients with solutions and product specification ● Reviewing business processes ● Managing reporting ● Presenting data back to the business ● Build customer relationship by acting as the liaison between client – engineering team – production teams. Rocla has been manufacturing spun concrete poles since 1957 and is Australia's largest supplier of this unique product. Manufacturing techniques were developed in Australia and all the equipment designed and produced here by Rocla. The unique Rocla manufacturing process creates hollow, steel-reinforced concrete poles of great strength and relatively lightweight, by spinning the mould at high speed.
