consultative client experience.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls/messages to qualify needs, confirm requirements, set expectations,
and drive upgrades, upsells, and resells.
• Perform high-accuracy CRM updates and data entry: log conversations, update client details, track order
status, document action items, and schedule follow-ups.
• Monitor orders end-to-end to ensure every request is assigned, acted upon, and completed on time by
tracking queues, deadlines, and next steps.
• Coordinate fulfillment with a distributed network of 100+ resume writers; match clients to best-fit writers
based on role targets, industry, and preferences.
• Translate client feedback into clear revision requests for writers; confirm resolution and maintain service
quality.
• Resolve escalations (rewrites, reassignment requests, dissatisfaction cases, refund discussions) with a
focus on retention and revenue protection.
