Key Responsibilities: - Lead and grow the agency’s PPC Advertising Division (SEM and Facebook), manage and organize both the team’s learning progression and workload, ensuring the profitability of each project according to the management spend - Lead clients through the full campaign process from strategic planning, to campaign briefing, implementation, management, optimization and reporting - Setting up & negotiation of key agency technologies such as standard & rich media ad serving, software platforms and social media Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) Other responsabilities: - Create and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns for a broad range of clients from diverse industries (retail, finance, insurance, travel, e-commerce, etc) - Manage Google AdWords and Google Analytics accounts optimizing their performance in regards to Key Performance Indicators and company targets: Ad Relevance, Conversion Rate, CTR, Bounce Rate, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), etc - Data analysis and report building for further strategies in the optimization and growth of all existing Google PPC channels, ensuring compliance to budget and performing quarterly forecasts - Optimizing and monitoring Facebook Ad Campaigns in regards to the KPIs, creating new campaigns for different targeting groups
