If server or application was not functioning properly, I would coordinate and lead a team of engineers and application team members to diagnose and resolve incident. Team lead for OnStar change management process which reduced the amount of time for a change in the OnStar environment from 36 hours to 12 hours. Monitored server and application response times to ensure hardware and operating system were performing to contractual requirements. Reviewed and approved all new server implementations for OnStar, GMAC and remote servers to make sure servers were documented properly and were operational sound before going live for the customer. Provided the customers with a 96% success rate of project implementations.
