Jan. 2005 - Jul. 2007• Initiated personal contacts via on-site visits for nine successful exchange agreements with Stellenbosch University & Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (South Africa), Erasmus University Rotterdam (the Netherlands), Belgrando University (Argentina), Universidad de San Francisco Quito (Ecuador), Ulster University (Northern Ireland), St. Mary’s University (Northern Ireland), Birmingham University (England), and Griffith College (Republic of Ireland) • Served as Program Director for Trent Lott Leadership Instititute Exchange Program between UM and Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University: a racial reconciliation and community service based program across the American South and South Africa • Developed and managed 45 short-term study abroad programs • Established initial programming for first Ole Miss London Summer School • Presented “Developing New Programs in Africa” at the 2006 Mississippi Association of International Educators Conference • Conducted both national and international recruitment for faculty and students • Designed, coordinated, and established the first Mississippi Gathering 2007, a one-week affair bringing together people from over 30 nations
