Liaising with housing office and staff to gain information on any warnings against properties or tenants. Carrying out post inspections on a percentage of day to day, aids and adaptation, improvement and grounds works then carrying out any investigation should any issues arrise. Attending regular site meetings to maintain continuous improvement, dealing with any issues and making suggestions for ways too continue our success
