Jan. 2012 - Apr. 2016- Lead, supervise, and provide feedback on the activities carried out by the group of Integrated Agents and PSR in charge of dispatching and receiving flights, and coordinating with the Security Supervisors and the team of Security Agents.

- Conduct security, customer service, baggage, and ticket sales audits to ensure compliance with company, KPI standards, and TSA (Transportation Security Administration) guidelines.

- Prepared monthly reports as requested by the Management Coordination of Airport and Airline Operations in Colombia.
- Achievements: In the 4th quarter of 2014, Cali was recognized as the best station in baggage service among several stations in Latin America with the Customer Cup.
