Developed and executed programming and provided creative direction for digital, print and direct-mail campaigns. • Managed a team that was responsible for the business unit’s multiple websites that housed two loyalty programs and a training platform. Led web and mobile enhancements for UI/UX improvements to include: polling, video inclusion, custom dashboards, quick links to receipt/documentation uploads and customer support submission capability. • Set merchandising strategy for Retail Big Box & Wholesale customer base – responsible for strategic and annual business planning, concept creation, and full execution across various customer accounts. Adherence to strict customer standards, while deploying customer-centric displays and smart home innovations.
