Dec. 2015 - Dec. 2020My role in Architonic was twofold: the product owner and technical team leader. I was overlooking the development and maintenance of the Architonic.com website and several software products that are working in the background and supporting main business IT infrastructure. I was closely cooperating with the top management in defining and implementing new features. My role included hiring and leading a team of software engineers spread over several locations. Among many projects, I would underline the implementation of new CMS and complete data migration from the old CMS that was done under my lead. There was also an exciting project of applying the Machine Learning system for visual search and comparison of more than half-million products in the Architonic database. I've also implemented Kanban project management methodology for IT development team.

business operations. My responsibilities were project planning, management
and programming. Beside that I was doing all client communication and project

company – AlefBrain. Main goal of the company was to employ the best programmers
available and to make strategic partnership with some bigger company abroad
in order to have stable revenue and big potential for expansion. My responsibilities in the AlefBrain were: Leader programmer and project manager,
project planning and management of team that counted 8-10 people. During the
whole period of AlefBrain existence I did all hiring and recruitment of the people that
were employed in my company.

Website Builder application with Flash interface. I was doing design and
maintenance of large MySQL database and interfacing with Flash UI trough PHP

Jan. 2001 - Jan. 2002My first job as a freelance web programmer started while I still was at university. I
was doing PHP programming and database design of large email marketing
service with emailing list size of more than 100 000 contacts. This was my first

earned tremendous knowledge how things work when software that I am
delivering is used immediately.
