• Controls compensation and benefits, employee relations, staffing, training, safety, labor relations, and employment records.
• Supervises organization’s human resources staff.
• Reviews and recommends appropriate number of personnel requirement of the Departments.
• Oversees the administrative operation such General Services, Warehousing and Inventory of the organization.
