I was responsible for architecture direction both hardware and software, mentoring the team, technology spikes, scalability, corporate re-use by architecting reusable web-services and SOA concepts. . • Scaled the system from supporting only a hundred simultaneous uses to supporting thousands of simultaneous users. • Architected, designed and wrote a testing remediation solution that linked thousands of questions to millions of sections of text in a textbook that double revenue for the product because of the innovated remediation solution that was developed. • Recognized as a key contributor to the successful release of one of the company's major projects for the years 2005 and 2006.

That leadership included the hiring, merit reviews, training, budgets, maintenance and support, strategy with business partners, architecture, design, test, and implementation. • Developed two products from conception (SimChart and SimOffice) that filled a void in our suite of products and exceeding return on investment one year ahead of schedule. • Led the team in rewriting our key portal (Evolve) which included a complete online e-commerce solution increasing revenues by $3 million dollars in first year. • Started new team and project that is an amazing mobile web app using Javascript, Bootstrap, Angular, Node.js that will be a break thru in portable tracking on individuals advances in nursing’s critical skills. • Directed the movement of all products to AWS (Amazon Web Service i.e. “The Cloud”) that saved the company $5 million dollars in data centers fees and allowed our products to go to market in days instead of months.
