We own and operate a diverse portfolio of apartment communities in 15 markets across the United States. • Temporary assignment directly with AIR Communities: Full life-cycle recruitment of positions supporting corporate functions in the DTC HQ (nationwide searches, open to relo) • Filled positions in A&F, AQ&S, SSC, IT, Ops, Administration, etc… in both temporary and permanent capacities with a req load management of 10-20 open positions (successfully filling 20+ since project start) • Contract goal to support uptick in corporate hiring needs, which grew through the pandemic and company spin-off o Partner, while quickly, building trustworthy relationships with business leaders (HMs) to set objective hiring criteria for each open position o Responsible to source, qualify, and guide candidates through hiring process with a focus on building a culture that brings AIR Communities’ mission to life • Empower managers to make impactful hiring decisions by providing market intel, interview feedback, ideas for questions, and other evaluation tools •Focused on relationships with HR business partners/Hiring Managers to overcome recruitment bottlenecks and to create an efficient, happy, and welcoming on-boarding •Hosted new hire on-boarding presentations with L&D team
