Jun. 2024Silverdale, Washington, United States• People Management: Manage teams of assistant coaches, community volunteers, and student-athlete parents in conjunction with teams of 50+ co-ed high schooler student athletes in the successful completion of year-round sports and competition cycles, including multiple successful program-growth initiatives and fundraisers. • Program management: build and continually improve year-round training programs to develop runners with wide-ranging incoming abilities, while continually strengthening performance mindset;
• Resource planning and budget management: Identify program growth and development needs annually and implement fundraisers in line with school district and community policies to fully support program’s growing needs, including Youth Camps and Events, Alumni Outreach, Email marketing campaigns;
• Non-profit community relationship development for athlete volunteer and leadership program;
• Digital Media Management and Social Media management bolstering broader community engagement and support. State Teams, co-ed high school program.
