This includes supporting teachers in identifying student needs, differentiating instruction, and setting measurable goals aligned with school-wide priorities. In addition, I contribute to developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to strategic objectives, and I support the school’s accreditation processes by ensuring the availability of reliable evidence to demonstrate impact.
