I develop high quality solutions that are part of a larger strategy to enhance employees' performance and support specific business needs. I am familiar with all aspects of the instructional development process and an expert in online and social learning methodologies. I work closely with internal team members, business partners, and stakeholders throughout the solution life-cycle to ensure that solutions exceed business objectives. Needs Analysis and Instructional Design - needs or audience analysis, diagnosing learning and performance issues, defining goals as measurable business metrics, writing performance objectives, planning the instructional strategy, choosing effective delivery methods, creating design documents and participant guides. Curriculum Implementation and Project Management - Manage development resources to track and report on the quality, scope, schedule and budget. Course Facilitation - Deliver management & leadership development content in both traditional classroom and virtual classroom sessions. Program Evaluation and Reporting - Gather data to answer specific questions regarding the value or impact of the solutions. Communication & Building Strategic Relationships - Develop and deploy effective communication strategies, present with impact, adjust message content and delivery, invite dialogue and demonstrate active listening. Manage, Develop, and Execute enterprise-wide initiatives that require cross business involvement and collaboration. Advanced understanding of Adult Learning Theory & how to practically apply concepts in the workplace Strong diagnosis and analytical skills in order to effectively assess impact of initiatives
