Conducted training sessions for all 7 Regional Admin Assistants on Cognos Powerplay, Customer Scorecards and Incentive Scorecards.
Involved with HHT (Hand Held Technology), responsible for extracting reports and feedback for staff.
Assisted manager with integration of new business & facilitated the launch held for the integration of Albany and Tiger Brands.
