My responsibilities are as follows: -Inspect all reports submitted for accuracy (USDA and U.S. Marshal contract) -Assist in training new Contract Employees on Store Visit Inspections (USDA contract) -Provide ideas and feedback on process improvements and training opportunities -Proactively seek bids from Vendors for repair services (U.S. Marshal contract) -Provide feed back to Vendors and Independent Contractors on report errors (USDA and U.S. Marshal contract) -Identify potential repairs needed for each property (U.S. Marshal contract) -Works closely with ISN Team via Slack and email to provide excellent service -Have open communication with Vendors and USMS via email, phone and text regarding property preservation (U.S. Marshal contract) -Knowledge of Salesforce, Outlook, Dropbox, AIM and Slack -Remote position requires the ability to work with little or no supervision; excellent time management; independent thinking; problem solving with little assistance; and being a self-starter. I have also held the role of Store Reviewer with ISN. This position was also remote. In this role I was given assignments to conduct reviews of participating stores that utilize the SNAP program which is apart of the USDA. My responsibilities were as follows: -Perform accurate store inventory counts within the time frame allotted. -Submit clear and accurate photographs of required items. -Submit accurate reports on time via Saleforce. -Accurately submit time and mileage per assignment.

While there, I was fortunate to learn how to deliver the best service possible as well as to expand my talents in a management setting.
