I fortified long-term relationships with all my accounts, and participated in business development efforts in order to increase our client portfolio. My day-to-day responsibilities included client relationship management, content creation (written, viisual, social), strategy development (brand, social, paid), campaign management, paid strategy, execution and optimization, data analysis and interpretation, business development, liaising with influencers and establishing relationships as needed, and event management. As account lead on several accounts, I was also responsible for liaising with multiple internal divisions in order to address client needs (PR, Creative, and Experiential).
