Using Ansible to automate the deployment of Python scripts that install components, extract license files, and perform recursive dependency and license mapping for 3rd- and 4th-party packages. • Develop and maintain OCI Runbooks, internal KBs, and customer-facing documentation (KM Docs) to support operational efficiency and knowledge sharing. • Collaborate with global Product Engineering teams and other internal stakeholders to troubleshoot, escalate, and improve product behavior and tooling. • Apply scripting skills (Bash, Python) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git branching, automation) to streamline engineering workflows and ensure release quality.
