• Conducted in-depth troubleshooting using customer-submitted logs (collected via the Explorer diagnostic tool) to resolve issues related to installation, updates, system hangs, performance degradation, boot failures, and crash dumps.
• Recreated customer environments in internal test labs to replicate and better analyze reported issues.
• Delivered critical support through online sessions (Chat, Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams), phone calls, and Oracle’s ticketing systems—guiding customers through resolution steps.
• Performed detailed performance analysis, including investigation of system hangs, memory allocation, CPU and I/O performance, kernel memory dumps, application core files, and file system behavior.
• Applied expertise in Solaris virtualization technologies such as Zones, Oracle VM Server for SPARC (LDOMs), Live Upgrades, Patching, Image Packaging System (IPS), and Automated Installer.
• Engaged with customers, engineers, and leadership across all levels to resolve complex and high-impact technical issues.
