➢ People management: Help the recruitment team by participating in interviews, help in solving administrative issues, organize regular meetings with the team to monitor the satisfaction and help to prevent issues with the level of motivation. ➢ Creating procedures to help improve the process. ➢ Create a RETEX for each project ➢ Introduction the management AGILE principles on the team (Scrum method).
