Jan. 2019 - Oct. 2021Minsk, BelarusETRADE from Morgan Stanley Contractor | Power Etrade Android app Achievements: - Developed an Onboarding & KT Plan which proved its value for 3 new QA team members by helping them get on board within 1 month; - Took ownership of testing new submodules, such as Biometric Login, Two-Factor Authentication, Paper Trading, etc. The stability & quality of the new releases resulted in a +0.5 rating increase in Google Play; - Maintained separate in-sprint practices, like Sprint Regression Testing, which helped to prevent bugs leaking into production by discovering 2-3 regression bugs per Sprint; - Created the ‘Emergency Suite’ which had a positive feedback for helping the QA team quickly collect tests for hotfix releases regression testing; - Took ownership of the 50% of Test Repository refactoring and prioritisation, which helped reduce the number of test cases from up to 800 to around 500 by eliminating redundant/duplicate test cases and updating/combining the existing ones; - Took responsibility for adaptation of E2E tests for automation purposes. Working together with Test Automation Engineers, achieved 20% coverage and 95% pass rate within 6 months; - Created and delivered the ‘Mobile Specific Testing’ presentation for EPAM Lab Students which proved valuable for 20+ students and was added to the QA course at learn.epam.
