After meeting with stakeholders to determine reporting needs, I would design automated processes that captured / tracked product sales information. I worked on system design, development, and reconciliation of data. In conjunction with technical resources, I generated a variety of queries for the merchandising group. I also assessed key performance indicators in relation to past / future profitability and evaluated data integrity, conducting systematic testing for reporting accuracy. Accomplishments
▪ Converted manual query process, automating BI system in collaboration with data warehousing staff to save organization 15K+ hours weekly; resulting solution allowed buyers to focus on profit-generating activities.
▪ Interfaced with consultants to update order management system, gathering requirements and creating related documentation; new solution yielded dramatic improvements in data accuracy. ▪ Drove integration of retail order management system with call center technology, initiating technical process improvements that streamline operations to enhance customer support capabilities.
▪ Collaborated with senior managers of call center, IT, marketing, and legal to troubleshoot product issues and resolve system challenges.
▪ Managed information repository related to UAT; tracked and updated reporting requirements relevant to merchandising and planning, taking charge of systems validation process to optimize reporting standards.
▪ Initially hired as customer accounts supervisor, leading 50+ contact center representatives prior to receiving a series of promotions.
