Feb. 2021 - Mar. 2023• Review and manage the accounting transaction and process all reallocation to process month
and year end closing to prepare the financial reports for different clients.
• Process the payroll for + 700 hourly and salary employees biweekly, semi-monthly, and
monthly for different clients located in Canada Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia,
Saskatchewan, Alberta, and USA.
• Process and reconcile the benefits and T4’s, RL1 for hourly and salary employees and issue
the needed T4, T5, T4A, RL1.
• Reconcile WSIB, EHT, WS, and CNESST.
• Prepare reports related to the payroll for clients.
• Prepare all remittance reporting and related payments.
• Respond to inquiries from employees and clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform payroll accounting functions, reconciliations, and reporting.
