Having no prior experience in these fields, I had immense imposter syndrome but was able to rely on my grit and determination to prove to myself that I was capable of excelling in this role. Under amazing mentorship and leadership, I was able to complete 12 projects such as Tanium Inquiry Enrollment Analyses, creating Partner Onboarding guides, and actioning 300+ Opportunity Registrations and global Partner Onboarding from start to finish utilizing SFDC. To end my internship, I presented my capstone project (a Partner Onboarding dashboard on SFDC) that can be utilized by the Global Partner Development Strategy team and Tanium executives when reviewing budgeting/operationalization efforts.

Outside of the sales organization, I collaborated with 3 other interns from the Americas, which led to the four of us winning the Intern Innovation Day Competition (4/7 categories including Best Overall) out of 12 teams as we were tasked to record a 7-minute presentation pitching a solution to their Early in Career team business challenge. Since my internship was extended into the school year, I was able to go out of my comfort zone further and individually took on tasks that were unfamiliar to me. One example would be conducting a trend analysis regarding SAN opportunities and presenting them to over 150 sales professionals in 5+ districts. Another example would be learning how to use Adobe Premiere Pro for the first time to create and rebrand 50+ videos that 10,000+ employees can reuse for customer responses or learning purposes enabling NetApp to compete for key object storage opportunities.
