Fundación Restaurants On MissionFounder & President | Empowering marginalized communities through sustainable social enterprise
Sep. 2016Medellín, Antioquia, ColombiaAs the Founder & President of Fundación Restaurants On Mission, I spearheaded innovative social enterprise initiatives that provided education, employment, and essential resources to marginalized communities in Medellín. I led the development and execution of sustainable business models, including a nonprofit restaurant and retail production program, to fund and expand community-driven projects. By identifying systemic challenges, I created holistic solutions that improved economic stability, education access, and healthcare services for displaced indigenous families. Under my leadership, the organization delivered over 80 tons of food during the pandemic, established long-term employment opportunities, and provided critical health and education services—transforming lives through strategic, mission-driven operations.
