I played a crucial role in the flawless execution of clandestine dinners, weddings, corporate events, and private parties. These events incorporated a variety of serving styles including plated dinners, family-style service, passed appetizers, buffets, and food stations. As an Event Producer, I worked with our front and back of house team to manage event logistics and flow, to ensure completion of objectives, adherence to timelines, and staff oversight. I always maintained ample communication with the front and back of house teams to ensure smooth flow of food courses and cooperation between all staff and team members. I also had a hand in logistical coordination for events, such as renting trucks, managing pack lists, loading for events, and hiring staff.
