Professional Darcy is the principal and founder of Village Enterprises, a local business and marketing enterprise where she works with professionals in various industries, including research and technology, accounting, law, transportation, non-profit organizations, and city government. Education A graduate of California State University, Darcy holds a BA in Marketing and an MBA with an emphasis in Management. She has taught workshops on process improvement in manufacturing and administrative environments, marketing basics, word-of-mouth marketing, effective networking, teamwork, meeting facilitation, and mental health first aid. In August of 2024, Darcy graduated from Cal Baptist University with a PhD in Leadership studies Service Darcy’s service to the community has included serving as the President of the Foundation of Grand Terrace (a geographic affiliate fund of the Inland Empire Community Foundation), Grand Terrace Planning Commissioner, and member of the San Bernardino Municipal Water District Advisory Commission for Water Policy.
