Feb. 2021 - Jun. 2024I work as a Sales Executive for Pmweb, and my main responsibilities and activities are: - I'm responsible for bringing new business (new logos); - I conduce business since the prospecting stage until the kickoff of the project with the operating teams; - The main phases of my work are: prospecting, presenting Pmweb (credentials), understanding the needs of the client and creating the scope of work, presenting commercial proposals, negotiation, monitoring the contract and signature phase and finally organizing the project kickoff. Subsequently, I carry out relationship monitoring with customers to support the operations team; - I also conduct technical meetings during the pre-sales stage, involving the necessary teams to validate the scope at a technical and operational level, working with teams such as Solution Engineering, Data Architects, Devs and others; - My territory is focused on Salesforce customers; - I'm also responsible for maintaining relationship and partnership with Salesforce, especially Account Executives focused on the marketing stack solutions; - I'm also familiar with other technology solutions beyond Salesforce, such as Oracle, Braze, SAP, Insider, Twilio and others; - Its also part of my job to develop relationship with WPP, controller of Pmweb, for business with other companies of the group; - I also participate in diverse martech events, such as: Dreamforce, Vtex Day, Web Summit, Forum Ecommerce Brasil, among others.
