Oversaw the construction of a facility for medically fragile children and their parents who need to come to Port-au-Prince for medical attention. Secured funding from the German embassy for this project and raised additional funds through crowdfunding, started partnerships with HERO ambulance services, Bernard Mevs Hospital, For You Haiti, Five Star Global Ministries. Transitioned the organization to solar energy in collaboration with 121 Consulting, through a successful grant application. Implemented Non Signifi Non! (No Means No) a rape prevention project that trained 175 women and adolescent girls in empowerment self-defense techniques All organizational fundraising, including grant writing and managing crowdfunding campaigns. Developed all organizational financial systems including annual operating budget, monthly budgets and reports. Managed partnership with Accounting for International Development. Established HR systems at the organization (developed employee manual, employee contracts, disciplinary system, code of conduct.) Represented the organization at local, national and international events.

Secured $200,000 in funding from the UN Mission in Haiti Community Violence Reduction Program for a rubble removal project designed to help clean up one of the areas worst affected by the earthquake and provide temporary employment for 660 people. Secured $150,000 from the World Diabetes Foundation for launch of a diabetes project focused on training local healthcare workers and improving diabetes sensitization, diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities included: Immunization Project: The launch and management of an EPI project that delivered over 40,000 vaccinations to displaced women and children in IDP camps in Juba. This involved securing $150,000 in funding from UNICEF, coordination of all logistics, managing a team of 30 staff, coordinating relations with other NGOs including PSI, UNICEF, IMC and MSF, submission of weekly reports to UNICEF. The project was the focus of a major fundraising initiative by MAGNA and also a GAVI sensitization campaign. Oversaw delivery of emergency medical supplies to Juba Teaching Hospital during onset of conflict. Partnerships with organizations including PSI, UNICEF, UNFPA, Embassy of Japan. Managed maternity ward construction in Terekeka, South Sudan.

Producing annual report, orienting volunteers, teaching English classes to staff.
