Dec. 2015 - Oct. 2017Riverdale, NJPayroll Administration • Manage payroll operations; process company-wide bi-weekly payroll, process checks, direct deposits, expense reimbursements and retroactive payments. • Update payroll records. • Process liens & garnishment • Ad-hoc reporting Benefits Administration •Manage employee benefits- Health, Dental, Vision, FSA, COBRA •Orchestrate open enrollment periods •Educate employees on benefit options •Coordinate all enrollments,terminations and changes with broker •Process new enrollments, terminations, reconcile carrier invoices, maintain census reports Talent Acquisition •Manage recruiting process for all school locations •Review resumes, post recruitment ads, manage access for ATS software, train school directors on ATS software, research and attend job fairs •Utilize resume banks, social media and job boards to source candidates Employee Relations • Respond to all employee inquiries via phone or email • Process New Hires, Transfers, and Terminations • Maintain employee information in HRIS and digital files • Complete employment verifications • Handle Workers' Compensation and student injury claims • Write and evaluate job descriptions • Alert schools and staff to new policies, procedures, and deadlines
