• Supervised a team of 14 senior analysts in producing detailed reports on U.S. Army operational support during the Ukrainian conflict, providing critical insights consumed by the Secretary of the Army and other top military officials.
• Initiated a strategic planning effort to realign the Army’s analytical programs with evolving priorities, increasing resource utilization by 50% and ensuring mission-critical objectives were met.
• Authored 12 key publications, including four handbooks and eight information papers, documenting best practices and lessons learned from ongoing military operations, contributing to budget-conscious modernization initiatives.
