• Directly impacted product backlog and worked to identify and clear technical product discrepancies between
the Pearson systems utilizing Oracle Product Data Hub and the Oasis/SAP systems utilized by Savvas.
• Continued improvement to the Pearson Customer Journey by directly providing training, troubleshooting, and
technical support for LMS integrations with MyLab, Mastering, Revel, and VitalSource platforms.
• Provided technical support for customers utilizing PDH, SMS Customer Support Tool, SMS Admin Tool, Ops
Tool, GridTools, and FSSD.
• Collaborated with Account Managers and Partners to increase outcomes and work towards achieving or
exceeding the target goal
