Sep. 2011-On a daily basis I check and verify details on collateral preparation forms,check sanction documents or corresponding authority from credit. -I prepare Collateral documents such as facility letters, loan agreements, guarantee documents and instructions to attorneys for accurate registration within the agreed turnaround times in terms of the Bank’s and other legal requirements, whilst maintaining excellent service to both internal and external customers. -I also validate supporting documents, I check the collateral system for supporting collateral, follow up on all outstanding collateral, facility letters and loan agreements that have been issued and not returned within the acceptable time frame. -I follow up on pending queries; I attend to all telephone/e-mail/fax queries relating to collateral and any other duty that may be assigned from time to time. I evaluate current processes and controls in order to address any shortcomings in the credit monitoring, management and mitigation processes. -I also evaluate documentation in support of facilities for potential legal risks due to flaws, loopholes, omissions or ambiguities in document clauses. -On a weekly and monthly basis I provide reports on facility letters or Loan agreements issued and returned.
