Jan. 2012 - Jan. 2016Qatar• Interpreting project drawings, specifications and documents to define the project scope of work. • Generating time schedule plan and participating in preparation of the method of statement for tender and contract bids. • Liaise with project team on different scenarios of execution. • prepare baseline/detailed works program that are compliant with the planning and contract requirements including schedule analysis, resources and cost loading, cash flow, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Develop resources histograms for manpower, material, plant and Equipment. • Ensure proper monitoring and follow up with construction site team and engineering department (civil engineers, architectural engineers, MEP engineers) and subcontractors. • Manage subcontractor’s schedule in line with the baseline/contract schedule and recommend necessary actions to the subcontractor when required. • Review of periodic progress reports for accuracy. • Conduct regular progress meetings with Project sponsor/owner, project manager, architects, subcontractors and internal Construction Team to ensure projects are completed on time. • Participating in extension of time claims (time wise) using the Time impact analysis TIA technique and reschedule based on the awarded time extension. Projects; . Kahramaa Central workshops, consists of Steel Structure workshops, administration buildings, infrastructure works & landscaping. (Contract Price = QAR 350 Million). . North Gate Mall and Offices Buildings – Phase 1, project consists pf mega shopping mall, six office buildings and landscaping works, built up area 400,000m2, Project Value = QAR 1.1 Billion. . Traders Hotel and Service Apartments, consists of 2 basements+Ground+Attic+32 typical floors, build up area 55,000 m2, Contract Price = QAR 300 Million.
