My name is Liam, I am a mechanical engineer turned startup founder. I bootstrapped Ouroboros Innovations, a framework for allocating capital and labor under one decentralized system. I believe that we have entered an era in which wages have long been eclipsed by the earnings of investors (Thank you Dodge brothers) and there is an immediate and massive need for a solution that provides the everyday workforce a better opportunity to achieve their dreams, and build the lives they deserve. With that goal in mind, we developed Ouroboros, the worlds first dynamic cap table and weighting platform designed to bring projects to life through something we call Contribution To Ownership. Similar to a DAO, open sourced and collaborative like Github- we have designed a people-first formulation with the sole purpose of ensuring accessibility to future ownership in tangible assets. We believe that life should be about more than work, and this is our first step.
