Aug. 2016 - Nov. 2016· Execute full life cycle recruiting and hiring process, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, tracking, providing feedback to applicant, providing feedback and status to internal stakeholders, salary negotiation and extending offers · Search for and collect applications of potential candidates for company employment · Familiarity in utilizing resume database technology · Effectively communicate, WWTS mission, vision, values, benefits, culture and employee expectations · Sort and evaluate incoming resumes · Telephone Interview candidates · Schedule in-person interviews · Ensure a proper screening of applicants and conducting the first interviews before referring to the hiring manager · Adhere to the recruitment policies and procedures at all stages of recruiting and hiring
