Apr. 2013 - Jan. 2016• Coordinate all aspects of terminal operations within the facility including stock movement and control by ensuring staff involved in product transfers follow all procedures for pipeline, shipping or road transport, monitoring and measuring inventory to ensure effective stock control • Certified Shore Office performing regular Ship Discharge duties • Coordinate all aspects of Distribution operations within the facility to meet or exceed set requirements • Coordinate the development and implementation of systems to effectively and safely operate and maintain terminal and pipelines to include consistent operating procedures and standards for critical processes to deliver safe operations, consistent Maintenance planning/tracking systems, risk assessment systems to mitigate key risks, Management of Change and PSSR processes • Coordinate the terminal emergency response capability within the facility • Coordinate sound capital stewardship processes within the facility • Create an effective and capable facility operations team by facilitating strong cross functional leadership within the facility to ensure delivery of business plan goals • Ensure all environmental, business and emergency plans are compliant • Ensure continuity of high quality product is available and supplied • Engage in safety and operation meetings with foreign ship crew
