Dec. 2016 - Apr. 2018Istanbul, TurkeySince I joined to Mindshare team, I’ve developed myself at Brand Management, Social Media Management besides my main "Strategy" role about deciding on campaigns' target audiences, creating media strategy and communication planning •Supporting all Mindshare’s client teams such as Koç Group, Unilever, Nestlé, Lipton Ice Tea, Kimberly Clark, Fox, BP-Castrol, Vodafone, Nike, Volvo, Ferrero with strategic approach. •Developing integrated marketing campaigns by defining the audiences and considering all online and offline channels •Creating media strategy, media budget and consumer journey with the implications of brands’ business plans. Working on the positioning of the brands, defining canvas model and brand equity •As country lead of Mindshare’s "Loop" Tool, monitoring the campaigns in real-time to learn strategic outputs and immediately take related actions during the campaigns. (My experiences so far: Fox Tv Serial - Çoban Yıldızı, #konuşalımartık by Lipton, Yapı Kredi #GaryileMetin, Omo #AnıBiriktir, Vodafone Red – Fi serial launch, Estee-Lauder – Mothers’ Day etc) •Responsible of the Brand Management for Mindshare itself. •Management of social media accounts and official website of Mindshare (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin) Organizing the internal events, trainings, workshops and leading •Being part of the ‘Great Place To Work’ team who try to make workplace greater by finding ideas and implementing them. •Being selected for attending to local and global sectoral festivals (such as Cannes Lions) to present Mindshare Turkey and following up the trends to feed the clients. •Being good at designing presentations and presenting! •Writer and editor of monthly letter which includes media related news in data, technology, consumer and innovation categories to catch up with the trends and to feed both internal teams and our clients (Adaptive Letter, POVs).
